Friends of Garlic

As any true fan will tell you, garlic goes with anything - there are garlic recipes
for everything from chips to ice cream! However
there are some ingredients in the kitchen that just work so naturally with garlic that
they can be classed as "friends". These crop up again and again in various recipes. I'll
briefly introduce a few of them on these pages.
